'No-Mark' SiliCLEAN Anti-Tracking films are used to prevent ink
marking and tracking from press transfer cylinders. They effectively replace
loose net type materials, last longer, and are much easier to install.
Two SiliCLEAN Surface Choices
'No-Mark' SiliCLEAN is available in two surface types; Standard
and Diamond. The Standard has a typical press life of six months. Our
Diamond surface usually exceeds that by a factor of 4x.
Three Choices of Backing
1. Film Only (Type SFO).
Build-up: 5.5 mil
No backing. Application determined by the installer. Normally
accomplished with tapes, spray adhesive,
or with clamps on some press
models.
2. Film + VELCRO Loop (Type SWV).
Build-up: 8.5 mil
A 'sandwich' assembly with a backing of proprietary VELCROŽ loop. Type SWV is semi-rigid, enabling it to form a smooth drum when used in
conjunction with 'No-Mark' full cylinder
anti-tracking systems.
3. Film + Repositionable Adhesive. (Type SRA)
Build-up: 7.0 mil
Special repositionable adhesive allows very fast
and easy installation on transfer cylinders and Super BlueŽ
or Heidelberg net jackets. Simply pull-up and reposition if it skews
during install. Zero adhesive clean-up during change-over provides the
added bonus of more productive press time. Our most popular SiliCLEAN!
